高温プロセス部会 第1回アジアEPMワークショップ 開催案内

EPM(材料電磁プロセッシング)技術は連続鋳造に多くの適用例が見られますが、今後は様々な分野への利用拡大が期待されています。EPMの研究は欧米および日本において盛んに行われていますが、最近では韓国や中国においても多くの優れた研究が行われるようになっています。しかし、これらアジア地区におけるEPM研究者間の情報交換の場は、現状では不十分と言わざるを得ません。そこで、韓国、中国および日本の研究者･技術者を一堂に集め、最近のアジア地区におけるEPMの研究成果を紹介しあうアジアEPMワークショップを開催することにいたしました。本ワークショップには日向方斉メモリアル国際会議助成および学術部会共通費(平成15年度下期分)より招聘者への支援を戴くことになっています。
